Scope of Practice
Food retailing is among the specialty practices in vertical markets of TWG. With a history in food and restaurant research and analysis that dates to 1982, TWG has been instrumental in the development of strategies, modernization programs, menu development, pricing instrumentation, and related standard tools of retailing at the store and restaurant levels.

TWG has also assembled a substantial best practices library on the food industry, which it last updated in 1997. Its proximity to national and international sources of information make this practice area a special benefit for clients.
