Scope of Practice
TWG provides a full range of support services leading to certification by the International Standards Organization (ISO). These include, but are not limited to:

Evaluation of Cost and Workload for Certification
Solicitation of Bids for Auditors (from any or all of twenty qualified firms)
Preparation of Schedules and Work Plans for Preparation
Preparation of Procedures and Policies for Certification
Development of Quality Manuals for Certification
Preparation of Organization Analysis and Unit Performance Standards
Arranging for pre-certification audits and providing support for corrective actions

History of Practice
TWG began its practice in ISO certification in 1997.
